Anatomy Of A Surfer Part 2

With Alan Bisseker – Adrenaline Athlete

Alan continues to break down each movement pattern that makes up surfing and gives
examples of exercises to improve these movements and make you a stronger surfer.

We also talk more about how we are finding the programme and how much it has benefitted
our surfing and everyday fitness.

In Anatomy Of A Surfer Part 2, Alan answers some questions about yoga within surfing, how to prepare for a competition or a surfing holiday and debunks some exercise myths.


Alan also talks about launching his new business venture, Adrenaline Athlete.

He describes how surfing is the first sport he has designed a programme for at the moment but will be
expanding the options to cover a whole range of adrenaline sports such as climbing.

He also explains that a percentage of the money customers pay for a program will be donated to
Surfability.

Surfability is a charity based in South Wales that takes children with disabilities
surfing.
