We got to surf with Laura after the interview and oh my god! She’s an awesome surfer.
This is a fun interview where we tried to ask some of the questions that we get asked a lot of the time around women in surfing and we hope but we did it justice.
It feels like a bit of a minefield as a man when you’ve got to ask about women’s surfing or the problems women face in surfing that as a man you may not even see or realise.
It can feel like you stumbling over the words as Pete did and instead of Mitch helping he just likes to sit there and laugh at him as he digs himself a deeper hole, as you’ll hear in future episodes.
But this was an awesome episode to do. Great insight into women surfing in Wales.
